Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any registration if inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
Exhibitors shall comply with all event guidelines, venue regulations, health and safety requirements, and instructions issued by the organizer.
Booth allocation, exhibition space assignment, and sponsorship placements remain subject to final approval by Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
Sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, advertisements, directory listings, promotional campaigns, and related marketing activities shall be governed by individual agreements, invoices, and booking confirmations issued by Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
The organizer reserves the right to reject advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the objectives of the event or publication.
All content, logos, trademarks, event names, graphics, publications, website content, branding materials, and intellectual property displayed on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
By attending any event organized by Fenza Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, interviews, recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, editorial, social media, publication, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
